Welcome to Jerry’s Wholesale Skull Cleaning. My name is Jerry Coppus. Most of you have known me for many years doing business as Jerry’s Taxidermy Supply or Woodcraft Display furniture. Jerry’s
Wholesale Skull Cleaning is located in the town of Freedom, Wisconsin.
It is located 20 minutes South of Green Bay, Wisconsin and 10 minutes North
of Appleton, Wisconsin, or the Fox Valley Cities.
We use Dermestid Beetles to give you the highest quality European mount. Dermestid beetles are the most effective way to clean your skulls. Dermestid beetles are able to remove the meat inside and out. Dermestid Beetles do no harm to the smallest and paper thin nasal bones on bears. Our beetles like there skulls fresh not dryed like others do, preferable blood red. They can eat the meat off a whole skull in about 24 hours due to the number of dermestid beetles we have per colony. We give you years of experience, and fast turn-around at affordable prices. We do all skulls all year long, from all over the States. We do thousands of skulls, and the first one is just important as the last one. We use only the best whitening materials on the market to give you the customer the best quality.
My wife Nancy and I live in Freedom, Wisconsin. I learned from my grandfather all about muskie fishing and hunting in the Hayward, Wisconsin and Eagle River, Wisconsin areas. This is how I realized that I wanted to pursue a career consisting of the outdoors. While running the Taxidermy Supply business, I wanted to expand. So I switched to wholesale skull cleaning after years of learning the trade. We do wholesale skull cleaning only to give you the best prices. I enjoy attending Taxidermy Shows to display the quality work my team produces. My booths were at the National and State Taxidermy Shows. I attended many International Guild of Taxidermy (IGT) and World Shows. I want to thank you for taking time to look at my site to see what I have to offer. Hope to see you at one of the many shows that I attend. We also offer a 30-day turn around on deer. We run a special on deer in November and December for a BEFORE CHRISTMAS RETURN. We have done a number of various animal skulls: gemsbuck skulls, lion skulls, cape buffalo skulls, warthog skulls and other African skulls. Plus thousands of whitetail deer skulls, black bear skulls, bighorn sheep skulls, goat skulls, elk skulls, mule deer skulls, wild boar skulls, Texas longhorn steer skulls, buffalo skulls, a few wolf skulls, some mountain lion skulls, and not to forget the moose skulls. There are too many to mention them all. The small animals are just as important for the dermestid beetles. Fox skulls, coyote skulls, beaver skulls, bobcat skulls are among the dermestid beetles favorites. For dessert, a little turkey meat and drink of water. One skull I remember
the most out of thousands of skulls is a huge bull elk skull being one
of the first large skulls I received. It was 8 feet high from base
to tip and 54 inches wide. A once in a life time, his customer brought
in a skull for a European skull mount, which was a 11 X 12 rack.
He even sent me a tip back for the great job our team of workers did.
